By using Timeblock Planner ("the app", "the service") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
You must provide accurate information when you register and you're responsible for the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others.
You own everything you write in the app. We make no claim to your content. You grant us a limited license to store, transmit, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you (sync, search, multi-device access).
Timeblock Planner is a paid app sold through the Apple App Store. Pricing is shown there and may change over time. We don't run subscriptions or in-app purchases at this time.
You can stop using the app at any time. You can delete your account from inside the app (Account menu → Delete Account), which permanently removes all your data from our servers. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attempt to compromise security, or violate these terms.
We provide the service "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we work hard to keep the app reliable, we don't guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect handwriting recognition, or that any specific feature will remain available. Back up anything you'd be sad to lose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Timeblock Planner is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms over time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the revised terms.
